I'm looking for something called a mana herb for one of the first quests, i know i'm pathetic.

You get them automatically when you first recruit Sylvia and she watches over you while you collect the goods. I know 1/3 requirements are confusing, but do remember that Japanese are Imperials and they use everything in Ret -ard units, just like Americans.
