Daughter has Swift cards somewhat as just a legacy thing (they just happened to be like that and there wasn't a reason to remove it) - although it's a similar case to how there's only (for now) one thing really interacting with Heavies, but there will be more down the line in one form or another, so it's left in the game since it doesn't really get in the way and also somewhat telegraphs the intentions with the developing game to players.
