Inventory Editor/Save Editor

I am looking for a way to edit my save to give me a couple items. Its not cheating as much as saving time. Apparently some legendary rewards are locked behind RNG which is total BS for getting a full set other than the one from the scryer trials. I'd rather not replay 6 hours and constantly reload till I get what I want. I'd rather just do a save edit or inventory edit. I know where the saves are located so if anyone knows how to open and edit them I would appreciate it.
