Horse armour?

There is an equipment slot (bottom left) that seems to be for horse armour. I have not find anything to put in it during 3 runs. Is it only for people that brought the extra stuff?

I am not sure, see the very end of this video and the horse has an armour. He has the extra content thou, because he uses firehand golems.

That "armour" does not use equipment slot, it is just different horse look. I have it too.

So am I correct to assume you have the extra content and this fancy horse is part of the skin pack?

No. Fancy horse skin pack does not use that slot also, it has no usage at all (for now?)
