Game has humans, undead, dwarfs, beasts and golems.
All other races/factions were cut. Game has like 3 times (!) less units than KB1 had.
For the other races, well, it's a different world, so there is no guarantee they will actually be included. I don't remember the game mentioning orcs or lizards anywhere.
There are much less units than in KB1.
And unlike KB1 here a lot of units just look very much alike and play alike.
Standart Troll, Bigger Troll, Troll chief. Wow, 3 different units.
Hmm, yes, but human factions are divided, so there are human knight faction with swordmen, spearmen, mages etc and there´s the bandit faction with different units.
In addition there are also trolls (which I can recommend).
They are trolls. They look alike because they are trolls. They behave alike because they are trolls. What did you expect?
The previous games did everything you complained about except that there were slightly more units to start with. This game has 50 or so units. The Legend 91 or which about a third are variants of each other.
There really is no reason for this game getting o much hate, the controls on PC and the third person/RPG view are questionable choices but otherwise it's alright.
