Unholy Trinity-achievement question

How can I complete this achievement? cannot find the "trinity" in the modifier before starting a run.
Unholy Trinity -Complete a run with the Trinity Difficulty Modifier active

If you own the DLC and have beaten Praxis, Arch Praxis, and The Architect, you will unlock the "Trinity" game modifier that ends your run by fighting all 3 bosses in a row.

Thanks. just got it by beating Arch Praxis in "Scoggfirth". However, beating it (over 15 energy) in "Mycelioth" seems not trigger the endings with animation. Suggest to fix it.
