Update 1.1 - How to get Soul Siphon?

Enjoying this game a lot, and update 1.1 makes it even better, congrats to the devs ! :)

Also great to see that they are actively replying to users in the Steam forums, really nice !

Before the last update I was missing a few player colours in order to complete the compendium, but update 1.1 added two additional skills / compendium entries.
I have found Gravity Well but I can't find Soul Siphon after completing a few runs.
I see that Evee is missing one skill tablet with info "World 5 - x1 left" but I didn't get it after beating Praxis in World 5.

Any clue about how to get it ?

This skill is unlocked by Beating Praxis on Doom difficulty

I think defeat Praxis on endless without modifiers.

beat regular Praxis..doesn't have to be in a loop

for 1.2, we're going to be reworking the flow on presenting the new Netherra skill tablets so it's much clearer where they come from
