Mimic room
In about 15 rooms i took the prize only once. Looks like this room is pretty useless
Very disappointed when i forced to enter this room without any choice

Yup, it sucks. I've just pick randomly because it feels pointless to try.

Not sure why you'd want a downer like that in your game, but here's probably a way to fight it or something.

True. It will be better if we'll have at least lesser orb after the wrong choice, howewer i think this event should be completely reworked.

Idk if or how many times you have to guess the chests right, but eventually you can attack the Mimic King and he'll swallow the Ember Knight, triggering the bonus stage which grants a Skill Selector and a Relic Selector if completed by slaying 15 mimics.

I think its 15.

this. Just hit the mimic or the record player. Want to actually play the "pick the chest" game, open a game recording software program, record the room, pause. rewatch on 1/8th speed. It gives you like 2 frames on later chest swaps/movements, it's absurd to try to keep track.

Generally you can keep track by watching the spaces between your chest and the other ones instead of the chests themselves. As long as a 1>5 or a 5>1 doesn't happen with your chest it'll be fairly hard to lose track of it that way.

So the rules of the mimic switch game are that every chest must move at least once and only two chests move at a time, they ALSO move in losely parenthetical lines. Each chest switch will be faster than the previous, so if you pay attention strictly to your chest, you'll inevitably lose track of it around the 6th move since there is a hard limit to how fast your eye can actually move to track something, by watching the spaces between the chests and just like, moving your finger every time you detect motion around where your chest was, you'll usually avoid getting confused by the minigame, though it isn't failproof, especially if the move count goes above 12.
