About thoses cursed relics in World 3
does something happens if you finish the world with them? or is it just for the sake of cursing yourself?

pretty sure its just to make it harder if you want that considering some of them make it so you can't heal unless you defeat an enemy but i honestly think that's it

If you finish the world, the curse part is removed

As you'd hope, they end up being the best upgrades in the game. Just have to survive the ~10 rooms first
