What's the best Ember Tree build? (Descriptions included)
I'm Curious to see if there's a consensus on the best way to build your Ember Tree. Obviously some of it depends on whether you go for Secret Boss Praxis or not.

Here is the list of abilities and their descriptions, and what I think is the best to run.(Assuming max investment per one): Let me know if you agree.

Thick Skin- Gain Flat HP
Regeneration- Heal 3 HP when entering a room
Earned Vitality- Gain 6 HP when killing a boss

Slayer- Deal 5% more damage to enemies.
Giant Slayer- Deal 5% more damage to bosses.
Earned Power- Gain 2% bonus damage per boss

Pocket Change- Gain 100 starting Gold
Easy Money- Gain 50 Gold when entering a new world
Dividend- Gain 5 Gold when entering a new room.

Fury- Gain 20% bonus damage when below 25% HP.
Confidence- Gain 10% bonus damage when about 75% HP.
Warm Welcome- Gain 5% bonus damage for the first 5 rooms of a new World.

Soul Link- Gain a revive token which revives you with 25% HP.
Second Wind- Revive once with 55% Max HP.
Guardian Angel- Once per world gain a Protective Shield that prevents damage and heals for 10.

Relic Dice- Relic Selector can be refreshed 1 time.
Treasure Hunter- Epic and Legendary Relics have a 2% or greater chance to appear.
Keen Eye- Bosses and Minibosses have a 5% chance to drop a Relic.

Skill Dice- Skill Selector can be refreshed 1 time.
Deep Knowledge- Your first skill chosen gains an additional charge.
Expertise- 'Perfect' Skills deal 10% bonus damage.

Bonus Gems- Bosses and Minibosses have a 30% chance to drop Bonus Gem.
Refinery- First Gem in each World gives double stats.
Perfection- Beating a Boss or Miniboss with perfect drops a Bonus Gem.

Expansion- Relic Selectors offer an additional option.
Fortunate- Stat Selectors have a 25% chance to have a Double Gem.
Lucky Offering- Offering Pits have a 25% chance to give a Bonus Item.

Bonus Relic- First Relic Selector allows 2 Relics to be chosen.
Ultembera- "At full HP, your weapon shoots a short range energy projectile.
Super Reroll- Once per World, gain a Super Reroll that can reroll and restock any selector, adds an additional option.

My turn now (I play with difficulty 25 too and I do a lot of endless run)

Thick Skin : It's not the best, except I take the "malus" of starting with 1hp, so it helps a lot for the beginning. Normally I look up for the relic with the Max HP when clearing room perfectly

Earned Power : I do a lot of Endless run, so it pay off

Easy Money : Not a lot to said, it's the best perk

Confidence : Even it's only 10% more dmg, I'm normally more often above 75% hp than 25%. I'm confident enough with my skills

Guardian Angel : No revive, 3 pts easy to get for difficulty 25. With Endless run it's become better

Keen eye : More relics = More power. Relic dice is ok, but I use Super Reroll already so it become useless for me

Expertise : Perfect skills do 30% more damage. No need for reroll with the Super Reroll and the Charge +1 is good, but they are already other way to get more charge

Bonus Gems : The others aren't good enough. Maybe the Refinery but the difference doesn't matter

Fortunate : The double stats is good, but inconsistent. If I didn't pick Super Reroll, Expansion could be a choice

Super Reroll : Too good for Endless Run and It works with both relic and skills
