Barrier Pendant is too powerful

Considering how fast you can recharge skills in this game, keeping up your invulnerably bubble takes no effort and trivializes the game. I always snag this item whenever it shows up and negate all attrition to my life for the rest of my runs. Ether this item should be upgraded to legendary status or only reduce a percentage of damage you take as it completely outshines all other defensive options and slots in to any kind of build.

What you talk about is an bottle, legendary.
What he talks about is an epic necklace. Casting an spell (perfectly?) gives you an shield for 2 seconds, which can block one instance of damage.

And yes: I would not mind it becoming some legendary item, too, considering how great it is.

Oh thanks for clarifying! I actually don't have that relic unlocked yet I suppose, it must be one of the ~10 I'm still looking for. I agree that does sound pretty damn powerful.
