How to Report Bugs
If you encounter any bug or issue while playing Ember Knights Early Access, you've come to the right place. Please see below.

1. Verify the integrity of your game files
  • Restart your computer and launch Steam
  • From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties
  • Select the Local Files tab and click Verify integrity of game files
  • Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes
2. Verify that what you encountered is truly a bug, meaning it is:
  • Any error in the program that produces an incorrect or unexpected result
  • Caused by a mistake in the coding or design of the software
Note: if you'd like to see content or a feature added to the game, this isn't a bug but we'd still love to hear from you! Please let us know by either making a Steam post or sharing in our official Discord Server![discord.com]

If you've verified your game files and still encounter the bug, please open up a service ticket through Helpshift:

Alternatively, you can report the bug directly to us via the #bugs channel in our Discord Server.[discord.com]

Please include the following information:
  • Your machine specifications
  • Your game version
  • When and how it happened
  • As much in-game information as possible such as game mode (solo, local coop, online multiplayer), what equipment you were using (weapon, skills, relics, etc.), and anything else you can think of
  • If there's anything that may have caused it such as a game or system crash, new OS, new antivirus or firewall, etc.

Please be as detailed as possible in your ticket. The more information you provide, the easier it'll be for us to figure out the problem and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
