[Bug] Controller

This isn't a super bad bug, but if i disconnect my controller in the game, it doesn't recognize m&k as a controller, and said "Please plug in a controller" so I had to reset my game. Took like 30 seconds though so it wasn't frustrating

We opted for a "disconnect message" to avoid a situation where the game continues to run when a controller disconnect occurs.

In the following weeks, we'll be fleshing out a clearer way to assign controllers for players.

Just to piggyback on this, I'm having trouble getting my game to recognize my controller as player 1. For the longest time I thought it just didn't recognize my controller but I can use it as the second player easily. I just can't for some reason use it as player 1.
