ok i'll give it a try
Thank you for clarifying that. Guess I'll be passing on this game afterall.
I can tell you, there are English speaking people on that server. With that said, they likely feel similarly; overwhelmed by the engagement of the Russians in the chat. You are, however, speaking into a very important aspect of the business side to this project which has lacked since the release. There is a disconnect in the line of thinking between the developers and the rest of the world. They thought and had said people would lose interest in a PvE environment, so they had to plans to create a PvE server. Yet, the PvP servers have been emptied, in a large part, to fill the PvE server. People are even dealing with the lag and the crowded-ness to enjoy the safety of PvE. Yet, many are now deciding whether or not the negativity that comes along with all this, and more, is worth it.
It is a very involved game and has the potential to be a cool way for friends to reach goals and beat bad guys. There are just so many ways a proverbial wrench may end up disrupting these efforts.
With that said, this is one of the biggest efforts of the devs to help the community get, in small part, something they want. So, I appreciate it.
I will openly say that I have yet to take part in the PvE server. The location is way too far, latency too high, server too packed, If they put one on the West Coast or East Coast, maybe. I liked someone's idea of having private servers run by players while official servers could still exist.
There is no iron on the starter island. However, iron is always available in the iron mines in the gorge.
So you will find it in the Iron Mines as stated.. The difficulty does not change the amount of Iron you get. After that, you can also find it in the chests at the end of dungeons. How ever you prefer to farm outside of the crowded open world and as your ability allows.
