You make tin ingots (and a more efficient way of making copper ones) by putting raw ore and regular ore into a bloomery with fuel (wood of some sort) enough.
Bronze is made by popping the tin and copper ingots in the furnace together, with enough fuel (recommend logs for this).
Iron is a bit different, the ore is processed into iron 'bloom' in the furnace and then you process the bloom into ingots using an anvil.
