F1 2010 was never on Steam, so there arent any Steam-Keys out there.
The game was in "Games for Windos Live", which doesnt exist any more.
So even if you would get a physical copy, you probably wouldnt be able to register any more, which could mean, you cant play it at all or are unable to make a savefile.

This is wrong. I have 2011 which was "Games for windows live" and will still work.
I have 2013 which is no longer available to buy , but I can still D/L and reinstall from steam whenever I want. (And seriously, if you want a fun F! game get 2013 if you possibly can (no idea how) or 2018 or 2020... the rest are rubbish in comparison).
