DELETED my My team

I accidentally deleted my My Team career, can I somehow restore it?

since the chap above me didnt give you a understandable(i think) answer, i hate to break it to you but, if you delete your career its sadly completely gone and im sorry for it but you are going to have to start a new one. ;)

how do you delete and restart?

You can if u want to delete because a bad start or something click on the dedicated button before you normally click on select in the My team careers selection screen, it also is shown in the bottom left corner of your screen normally, if you still dont get it tell me and i can try to explain again. hope this helps @Hey It‘s me Bro, Chad
