upgrades question

im playng on ps5 because i dont have a good pc for the game and this is the only place i found support
i am spec 1 (quality control) in aereo and 5 research done
if i want to build some new parts the game is sayng i cant because level 1 structure is needed
how i unlock level 1 ?

are you playing driver career or my team? if you are doing driver career then you have no control over when the team upgrades facilities, in my team you can purchase facility upgrades with your prize money to get spec 1/2/3 from the facilities tab

im playng in my team but i bought one facility (quality control ) so it looks i have it but when i go to reserch it says facility one needed
is it a bug or what ?
