Mechanical Failure Issues

So I've been having an issue since the last patch.

My engine parts seem to be dying without much wear at all... I get that engine failures are part of racing. But my issue seems to be different.

In my team career mode, I race 10 round seasons with 100% race distance...I made it through 3 seasons without any mechanical failures at all. These were before the latest patch... But season 4 has resulted in many mechanical failures for me and Daniel Riccardo who happens to be my my teammate...

R1 Bahrain: I qualified on pole, jumped out to an early lead and didn't look back. I lead for most of the race, and had a failure less than 15 laps from the end. My Teammate won the race...

R2 Baku: I wrecked and my teammate won (This was the only normal Race)

R3 Canada: My Teammate was on pole and I was P2...We both managed to pull away from the pack and led for the entire race... he was miles ahead but suffered an engine failure, which gave me the win. Daniel was out with less than 10 laps completed. So early end.

R4 France: I qualified on pole but took a grid penalty for a new engine component,(I replaced the one that died so I wouldn't have to take a grid penalty later in the season) so I lined up P6 and my Teammate P2. Daniel got out to an early lead. He led all the way until the AI drivers made their pit-stops...then I made my move and moved to the lead and led from that point all the way until less than 5 laps from the end, when again I suffered an engine failure, my Teammate won the race...

R5 Austria: I qualified on Pole again, and my Teammate P2, It takes me 2 laps to retake 1st and I passed him clean, I even checked the replay to see if we may have made contact, but we did not...like Canada, France and Bahrain, we both pulled out to a monster lead, about 20 laps in Daniel suffers an engine failure. Up to this point, the pattern seemed to be, if one of us retired, the other would win the race lol...So I figured, since he had engine failure, maybe i wouldn't...So, I go on to lead the rest of the race, made it to lap 68 of the 72 lap distance...when Suddenly the safety Car is deployed, so i have to slow down to respect the delta, by this point i had lapped the entire field up to P3 and before i can even make it around to meet the safety car, I get another engine failure...I didn't even think it was possible to get an engine failure under a safety car, but now I know...

So that's 5 Engine failures for both me and Daniel in a 5 race period. IDK if it's a glitch or what, but going from no mechanical failures at all in the first 3 seasons of my team to 5 in 5 races seems unbalanced...my durability dept it level 2 and i'm using a Ferrari Engine...the Ferrari team doesn't seem to be having the same issues I'm having.

R6: Britain: Both Daniel and I managed to actually finish the race, and got 1st and 3rd.

R7: Hungary. Both Daniel and I qualified on the front row of the grid...but both took grid penalties for new engine parts...I ended up starting last for taking one of each. Things seemed to be going well until Lap 20 when again I sustained another engine failure this time it was the ICE, the only component that wasn't taken, since it was the original one given from the start of the season. This is the 4th engine failure in just 7 races. The in game npc says to update the powertrain to avoid this problem, but my power train is already near maxed out.

R8 Netherlands: Daniel started on Pole again, I started mid field...HE won th erace and I finished 8th. Another normal race.

I thought i was the only one, I've played on bahrain 3 times on different career modes myteam, driver and co op i always get an engine failure, and this was with renault, honda and merc engine like tf france is same for me did it 3 times and twice had an engine failure its actually annoying. Smells to me like EA scripting like they do with fifa
