Broken controller support

Hi all , so apart from a slew of issues with this game that is mentioned so much , I ran into another game breaking issue today. I play with an Xbox One controller and the car can not turn left at the first chicane of Monza. I turn in right no problem but then when turning left the car just keeps going straight of into the gravel. No matter what I do it simply won't turn.
Doesn't happen in practise or qauly , only in the race. Is there a setting that can fix this without causing snap over steer and too much sensitivity in normal corners ? Or am I just doomed at tracks with sharp hairpins ?

Weird I used a Xbox one controller and haven't had any of these issues

Did you try using windows to calibrate it?

I use everything default as Windows installed it. I didn't change anything in Windows or the game itself. What should I calibrate and where please ?

Use your search bar down the bottom in windows and search for controller calibration it should show then you follow the steps to calibrate it

I'm not sure if that's the issue seems a bit strange it's fine in qualifying and not in racing

Calibrated. Makes no difference. Went to a single race weekend at Monza to test. First lap of practise and steering already broken. Can't turn left at the first chicane.

I never had this issue with any of the prvious F1 games.

PS. I did try another controller as well and same problem , the issue is not with the controller.
Other games ( including previous F1's ) works fine.

Well I did say I didn't think that was the problem given the issues

Just seems strange that it's happening that's all I haven't encountered that before

Maybe do a recheck on your files in steam that's all I can think of

It's not the controller. I already said I tried another controller as well and it does the same.
And I also said all other games including previous F1's it's working fine.

i have the same probleme , dk why , game disconnect pad after the triggle left or right

I found after 30 mn , go to global parametres in option desactive the vibation ,and have a fun

Nah playing without vibration feedback is just even more broken. I need the vibration feedback.

u have vibration , dk why , but i mind is twice options who go break the pad , try it and u will see ,

Same for me. Xbox controller lives it's own life in this game and only in this game. Tried all tips and trix after googleing. Nothing helps. Refunding it, also du to it crashing 5 times during first 30 min of play.
