GAME IS TOO HARD AT SOME POINT AND VERY CONFUSING

This game is crazy good, but too much confusion and no hint on how to proceede after you decide which faction to take (Bloody wolf or Templar knight). I believe bloody wolf captain boss fight is crazy unfair and I don't find any way or clue on how to proceede with the game without killing him.

It's a big shame the map is so bad and especially the diary tells you nothing about what's the next step to take in order to go on with the game. I have visited many areas, but after finishing the swamp and the old city, now I'm compleatelly stucked.

Any clues guys? Should I kill that bloody wolf unbeatible commander to go on with the game? IF it is so, then I'm really bored. I tried at leat 30 times already (while I could defeat the Dragon just after 3 attempts)

Hi,

The Apache captain is the last current faction-based quest for blood wolf. There will be one more major quest for the final release.

Apache is an optional boss but he does drop a very cool weapon (available in the final version) that allows you to do most of his combat moves. If you have been to B40 megastructure and beat worm boss that’s the current last boss just wait for the final release we are making 1 more world + 2 faction boss, 1 major boss also 2 unique weapons.

The Quest log should give you hints on where to go. Dark light is designed to be a more open world, the map will update when you encounter new quests. Also, check on your world map to see where has been left to explore. The faction quest and decision you make will have a
impact on the final game event but you also have the freedom to do whatever you want.

For Alphache just try to remember his trap sequence it is possible to do without being hit at all, I will pm you a video with the sequence :) also, follow us on Twitter we post new boss and weapons videos that help you with the gameplay.

The biggest problem with the map is that often it shows some boss location on the world map, but when you go on the local map it is impossible to find them. I have visited all the game area at least 5 times. Also, there is a bug which prevents you from entering the "Corrupted Sentinel" Area. When you try to cross the gate nothing happens while the game should load the next area.

I believe this game would be much better if you can add a NG+

The world map location is loosely based on local map direction
For example if a boss is on south side when you are on local map keep going on south you will find something.

I had a quick go on "Corrupted Sentinel" He is there but in order to get to him you need to go from the "Sewers" to reach him and unlock the gate on the right side there is a lever to open the gate for the shortcut.

There might be a level to open for the boss gate as well I can't remember. We are really busy on the last biome I think NG+ is a great idea but we might have to do that one as a quick patch after for final release.

Please make a patch to lower difficulty of the 2 optional bosses of the bloody wolf and the other faction. They are really too unfair.

I entirely agree with author of this post - finding proper way to corrupted sentinel was indeed overchallenging
global map is way too confusing

Currently I'm near end of game with all locations unlocked (and with last underground cleared) but please help me understand some things
- where is giant mutant worm? 'B40 megastructure' was answer but where exacly is this place? Why I can't find it anywhere on global map?
- If I killed faction knight guards and Qulian does that mean Im no longer able to complete giant worm quest and I basically cant re-gain clan reputation?
- if there are 7 diffrent endings do that mean in order to get all or most of them - players must beat the game 7 times?
- where is Celestial upper tower and how to access it? Seems like it isn't implemented in game yet unless im missing something


Im afraid I will be not able to play it longer, game was insanely good early - mid but late game is too much chore and basic enemies / level design feels kinda repetative aswell

Hope to hear some hints anytime soon or I will be having hard time finishing it

Edit: nevermind, after 1 hour wasted on pointless wandering around and failed attempts on the Onyx boss I already gave up

Otherwise great title ruined by too annoying, unclear and brutal late game

Hello pwelex94,

Bluvega28's comment pertains to an older version that is much more difficult to compare with the current version. We are continuously striving to achieve balance in the game, and with the upcoming player equitable cyber enhancement, we are confident that everything will be more balanced. We are currently working on a major update that will address many issues.

To reach the upper celestial tower, you will need to defeat four champions and collect their crystals. In addition, there will be two mini-bosses for each gate that you must overcome, making it a challenging fight as it is close to the final area.

Like all bosses, the corrupted sentinel has weaknesses. Generally, machine-like creatures have less lightning resistance, and targeting their heart can stagger them.

The giant worm is located at the end of b40 on the far right side of the map. You can locate it by checking your mini-maps for door icons. If you have previously defeated the worm before joining the faction, you will still receive the quest rewards and faction points by handing in the quest item.

If you wish to experience multiple endings, you will need to replay the game or wait for the major patch in the next game+. To play blood rituals again, you will need a blood vessel that can be found in late maps such as the tower map and underground chamber by looking for secret breakable walls.

Finally, if you have completed the gem smith quest from the cargo bay, you can trade with her to obtain medium + shards

When facing the boss encounter, those allied with the Wolf faction should aim to acquire the fourth tier of droid summon skill or consider enlisting the assistance of a droid companion to aid in the battle(cargo bay quest). The Onyx boss represents a formidable adversary, but upon emerging victorious, players will be rewarded with one of the most formidable melee weapons available in-game: the Knight's Great Sword.
