Stronghold was one of our inspirations and we hope that Frozenheim will be enjoyable for fans of good old strategy games, but also for players looking for fresh titles combining RTS and city builder mechanics. If you have any questions/suggestions you should check out our Discord https://discord.gg/gaTwpqnCav and share your thoughts.
Maybe Frozenheim will offer something along those lines (like Tar Pits) and resource processing (having to process wood into planks, into weapons).
Can you play a skirmish against AI? Like have an AI build up a town send in units against you just as you do? Whats the maximum unit cap?
Videofootage of Frozenheim shows that there are opponents with their own village that you can attack.
But its not clear whether those villages are prebuilt or the AI is able to construct them.
