Game is SUPER glitchy...

Idk what to say... The game is malfunctioning on boot, screen is running in a dark shade, then to scroll up instantly brings you to the menu where your cursor just BEYOND slo-mo. It moves across the screen just fast enough to say that you might not have wanted to run the game in the first place. halp?

In my case the intro is a super slow choppy slideshow. :S
Hoped someone could help me fix it.
Edit: Restarting the game cleared that up.

Problem is, the whole game is being unbearably slow, causing me to turn it off before I crash or freeze.

And it's being this slow from the start? Or is this building up, over time, as you are playing? If it is the latter, then it could be a memory leak you are experiencing. But considering how small the game is... It seems very weird that that is your problem, unless your computer is of potato quality, but I am guessing that is not the case for you?
