Suggestions existing content
Been playing the game for awhile now and thought it would be fun to add some simple suggestions I think would make the game more fun! Been really enjoying Overthrown so far and feel I have a pretty good grasp on the game and it's mechanics. These suggestions are exclusively for existing content and I'm trying to stay away from any potential glitches/ issues since these will naturally be fixed over time.

- New games start in Spring instead of the summer. Currently, you only have 1 season to actually produce Vegetables and wheat. You plant in the summer, collect in the fall and then it's already winter! You're also unable to collect from ANY orchards in your first year since they only produce fruit in the summer. This would give newer places a chance to learn and produce more food for the winter and/or give everyone a chance to produce some fruit for bakeries

- Orchards could continue to produce fruit only in the summer, but bushes could be all seasons (except winter). Or reversed! Either way, having a few more options for collecting fruit during off-seasons would be nice

- Hunters hunt. Perhaps I'm missing it, but the hunter tower and it's worker don't seem to.. hunt. Would be really cool if during the day they killed tuskers + collected their meat. Currently this is a manual process, which is fine (I put tusker spawns in a large hole) but would be nice if it was slightly more automated.

- Pantry workers have weird priorities. After a season change you'd think they would collect the nearest resources! I'll place the pantry down right next to my farms but the workers will somewhat scatter; some will tend to the farms and collect veggies, fruits and wheat but most of them will go off and collect random shrubs, berries, etc far away! Having them prioritize farmlands first (collect then seed) before going off would be nice!

- Show the range of workers/ buildings. This can actually be somewhat stumbled upon by selecting an NPC in the population tab! This can be really useful in optimizing placement of buildings to ensure maximum value. I think it would also be really useful for newer players to understand a worker at a sawmill won't walk around cutting trees down forever; eventually they'll have no more trees in their radius and stop working.

That's what I have for now! I'm staying away from any known glitches or major future content because I really like what we have so far! I also don't want to make any huge suggestions that would require a lot of time and dedication to implement. I'm hoping my suggestions are minimal effort with maximum payoff!

If anyone else has similar suggestions, let's hear them! Maybe the devs will read our ideas and consider implementing some of them!

first off happy new year!!

great feedback and thank you so much for taking the time to send it!!!

Plants: We are actually swapping plant growth to be daily now based off player feedback. Id also love to add more berry bushes that can be season varients like having lingons growing up on higher cliffs thats be super cute

Hunters: HMMM! I'll bring this to the table when ever returns from holiday! Maybe split into two jobs to make sure someone is always manning the hunting tower - especially as the Woolies are coming soon who can mutate and destroy everything. Two jobs I think should solve this!

Pantry: More NPCs will be added soon to split up chores that should solve their priority issue!

Tbialoof has already noted the zone bitboop but Id love to add we had a UI artist start in December who is workin super hard at replacing all the programmer UI so zones will also look prettier soon!

As for tbialoof wall running because im not sure how to multiple quote on phone: it's been on the table for a bit!!! it's def very interesting and mayhaps.... even cooler.... if Runa can do it because.... her robo arm had a grappling hook.......

(note on edits: so many typos it's almost 2am here omg)
