One thing I've noticed is, after drawing, when you release the mouse button, stay at the end of your flow with the mouse pointer for a second. The drawing seems to "stick" a bit after you release the mouse button, so I often would release the mouse button and instinctively recenter my courser basically inverting half of my current.
You can keep the mouse down and move with wasd, it's what I do for long lines.
You can hover way high and just draw a big circle and it'll draw even where you can't see because of the fog.
You can even draw in tunnels, but the current animation will be on the surface, still works
If you select "remove current" it's easier to see the lines as they become red. Also be careful when you try to draw a current over a wall, It seems it tries to flow realistically and just refuses to flow up a steep slope if it could just flow around it.
The Lake map? iv not seen a lake map option
Hopefully this is something they improve in the future, I've got high hopes, these devs seem very good with improving their game based on feedback.
even under an arch, it does not go ...
otherwise this game is really good, really well done, keep developing it
Also, am I correct that you can't draw currents on sloped that are steeper than a certain grade, of does it just not show the visualization?
