New AMD build: The game crashes on the loading screen for literally everything. This includes matches, character creation, move-set editor, even the benchmark test. Has anyone else been having problems to this extreme?

If anybody is experience slow downs, check your FPS. It seems that the animation is locked to 60fps. Any slower and you'll get slow down. Eg 30fps runs at 1/2 speed.
