Unholy edition: I need to know few things

1. Does it include wraith of the lamb?
2. I know the game comes with Steam gift code, but is there a way to register THIS particular copy of the game on Steam?

If its the stand-alone Isaac then is it atleast post-haloween update one? And if it is vanilla Isaac then how to apply the WOTL DLC and the update?

So, the basic edition of Unholy edition doesnt have Wrath of the Lamb? Ok, so how can I register it on Steam without wasting the gift code? And if I cant, then how to apply WOTL/Halloween DLC to it?

The unholy edition is just the normal Binding of Isaac without DLC, update it through steam like if you bought it. The game is nothing different, only extra stuff like soundtrack and artbook included.
