Spacebar item: Let's you have a Mister Mega bomb for every two rooms, can get from Wrath. My opnion worth it. Good item

Depends on if you have a good supply of bombs already. If you do, go for Mom's Bra. It's a good item.

Mr. Boom is great for dealing with early bosses and finding secret rooms and it recharges very fast. It's a pretty good item as well, but it loses its effectiveness later on or if you already have plenty of bombs.
