Wrong Resolution?
I have a 1920x1080p monitor, but in Fullscreen is the game in the wrong Resulution.
The Mouse cant get to the Side of my Monitor, because the Picture is not "Fullscreen" in Fullscreen mode.
Sry for my Bad English.

somtimes I have the same problem, I just restart the game and it works again

Yes i did set it to 1280x720, and i restarted it several times. And i deleted anddownloaded it 5 times.

Yes, but i didn´t pay for a game that i cant play in full resolution if i want.

When windowed, can the game be resized? If yes, try maximizing the game and playing. If not, try some third party programs like a program called "Sizer". It works great with other games. Might work aswell for Isaac.
