Modding?

Is there a way to mod the game (get all/specific items, certain bosses, etc.)? I've beaten it a bunch of times and feel like it could get interesting if I had more powers :P

You can use Cheat Engine, which is what pretty much most people use for challenge runs, items etc. Have you heard or NorthernLion? He has 500+ episodes of TBOI and he uses cheat engine for his chalenge runs. (YouTuber)

i don't know about spidermod but cheat engine seems to work well. like bullet said Northernlion is a huge isaac player and thats what he uses and it seems to work for him. watch him if you wantt to learn a few things or just watch someone play isaac with commentary.

Spidermod is MASSIVELY superior to using Cheat Engine.

It's basically CE on steroids. Much more options, optional bug fixes, damage/health on hit, adding all items at once, seeded runs (though to get the same result you have to have the same unlocks, best to wait until Platinum God is unlocked). Other than that you could consider the DLC toggle launchers as mods, and there's at least one graphical mod thanks to Elucidate here

SpiderMod has the Cheat Engine built into it.

Not sure about bosses but items are definitely possible. Look up Isaac Community remix, new items, new transformations, changes to existing items, new pickup types, etc. Plus Rebirth is out, is a sequel/remake with a ton of new content. If you've got the money I would highly recommend it.
