Texture Packs/Mods?

Hey there, haven't really found anything on google about this...

wondering if there are any texturepacks or mods or so for isaac.
Like a touhou pack which a couple games have where it turns the characters into touhou character, changes the attack-sprites and such? Just as an example

I don't think there are any mods or texture packs for the binding of isaac but I have heard of glitches in the game but I don't know any glitches.

I dont see how that relates. Lots of games allow you to swap out textures and such, esp. indie ones, and for lots of games (including TF2) you'll find packs like a touhou pack or something.

It being possible and supported by the game (like in MC) just shows the creators foresight to the community. It not being just means you have to be slightly hackier. People even made tools to extract WoW's datafiles and change textures

As far as I know, it's impossible to mod Isaac but in Rebirth Edward Mccullen said there was a high chance of at least texture packs.

I know of one. The Binding of Northernlion, so, it's possible.

The Binding of Northernlion isnt a texture pack, its an illegal download of the game with Isaacs face replaced... Its a cool idea but only if youve bought the game prior to downloading it. NL said the same thing in his vid
