do you have the original file saved somewhere on your hd? or anyone for that matter. i can't get the hang of using the default keybinds :/ a shame, because this game looks enjoyable

Oh ok. Nah, I don't use whatever method was mentioned in the thread; I just did a little Google search based on what you wrote to find the thread. I've never used ControlMK, but I've heard good things about JoyToKey. The method I actually used when playing Isaac was to use my PS3 controller via a program called MotionInJoy, which allows you to set up your own profiles and whatnot pretty easily.

For a game that uses keyboard controls, you just go in and select the button on the controller and it will pull up a virtual keyboard for you to assign that button to "translate" to for the game. Had it set so the left stick and d-pad could both function for movement and the right stick and face buttons could shoot in the four directions (L1 for bombs, start and select for usable items to round out the full controls).
