As Isaac seems to be all of them, he is also the blue baby. It seems to be Isaac's suffocated self.

well isaac isn't all of the characters first of all, the characters are all from the bible, except blue baby. and my thoughts on blue baby are that he was the voice that was calling to isaac's mom to get her to kill isaac.

Isaac is all of them, as one of the outros shows this when he looks in the mirror and his appearance switches through all the characters. Yes, their names are from the bible, but it still is just a dressed up Isaac.

There's a theory that it's isaac after the chest but there's also another theory that it's a brother/sister. One of the theories argues that there was an actual sister named Maggy, but she died or something. Isaac's mom makes him wear the wig to remind her of Maggy.

But, I don't think the game is necessarily that deep. Personally I think they're just variations of Isaac as was indicated elsewhere. Somewhere on the wiki I read that ??? is supposed to be a reference to the Edmund, the creator.

Yes, Isaac is all the characers :L he's learned about them from his mum reading about them, and dresses up as them with ♥♥♥♥ he finds in the chest (like the fez for Judas).
Isaac gets shut in the box and suffocates, and that becomes blue baby.
My interpretation anyway :D
