1) Windows key + R
2) Copy this in the run box: %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\
3) If there are several folders then search manually for one containing a localhost folder, or write "localhost" or "so.sol" into the search bar in to top left corner.
4)Copy so.sol to a safe place
5)Run CCleaner
6)Run Isaac
7)Go back to the "localhost" folder.
8) Replace the so.sol there, with the one you copied.
9)???
10)Profit.

I don't have another computer to copy and paste, just as the OP did. Any new solution after one and a half year?
It is really frustrating to have killed Ultra Pride 4 times. Steam only unlocks the achievements, after I restart the game, but at that point, the unlocked secret in the game itself isn't unlocked anymore.
Help meee
> Global Security Settings panel[www.macromedia.com]
Add the localhost folder to be always allowed.
> Website Storage Settings panel[www.macromedia.com]
The one needed is called "local". It needs at least 10KB.
