Make a full Meat Boy by obtaining 4 Cube of Meat from most of the Horsemen and the Harbringers.

the "easy" way is to play as isaac and restart basement 1 until you get the book of rev in your item room. The d6 helps a bunch. Afer that, its just getting to womb 1
