Best attacking pet/orb?
I say Demonic Baby because he can attack automaticly with out Isaac control. It's pretty much a second character that helps you a lot against multiple enemies especially when you are surrounded.Not the best damage, but defitelly more intelegent than others. Love him!

problem with demon baby is when you are in a room with boomflies. demon baby attacks them and that may cause them to explode right when they are next to you, that's why i don't rally like him.
i'd also go with little gish, slowing enemies is always a positive
