Blue Baby strategies?

How do you play as Blue Baby? The furthest run I had was at the fight with Isaac, when I had half a heart, and Isaac just a couple hits before dying, one of the homing shots got me.

Do you want to go to the curse room and risk it? or just leave it?
Any other strategies.

Get polaroid first using cain or judas.

Never go into curse rooms. They will stop you from getting devil deals and angel rooms, and deal unessasary amount of damage to you. They also have a chance of hurting you more with troll bombs and spiders.

THEY ARE NEVER WORTH IT

1. Don't get any damge in this floor
2. Don't get any damage while bossfighting
=> You are able to get into Devils Room. The possibility for a Angel Room/God Room is the same but if you do good (helping beggers) you got a greater chance to get a angel Room.

The stragety got playing Blue Baby is simple: Don't get hit.

Yeah, and because of it, blue baby has higher chance to get it.

No. They do stop you.

If you complete 2 floors in a row without taking any red heart damage, then a devil / angel room has a 100% chance of spawning.

Taking curse rooms force damage upon you, lowering your chances.

And? I know it, i complete this game 400 times. But red heart damage is not related to blue baby. Please, don`t teach me how to play this game.

The way I got a few of my Blue Baby achievements was by accident...I had Anhk and died right before whatever boss fight. Maybe next time you get Anhk try killing yourself before the big fight and then going in as Blue Baby, that way you don't have to last a whole run through as him.

The invincibility items (Book of Shadows, even My Little Unicorn) are extremely potent on Blue Baby as well, since they allow for free deals with the devil.

And dumb luck helps a lot too of course. I just got Dr. Fetus in my first item room as Blue Baby, that was a pretty silly run...
