Tips to transform into guppy?

Is there a special characters to transform into Guppy easily? Gimme all the tips u guys used pleasee, it's too hard for me!!!

I guess you should try increasing the chances for the devil room to appear. You can pick Blue Baby since he has no red hearts. But I used to choose Judas: he already has the Book of Belial (+25%), if you don't take any hit during the boss fight you'll have +35% (try getting soul hearts), and if you kill the beggar of the current level that's another +35%, so that's a good plan I think: play with Judas.

if you have isaac's D6 unlocked.. get into devil rooms by not taking red heart damage on levels/bosses then picking up guppy items and rerolling them to more guppy items... few times i have been lucky enough to get 3 guppy items in one devil room this way... usually it takes about 2-3 devil rooms and perhaps a lucky curse room or red chest drop. just have a reroll ready on devil rooms so the chances for guppy items are high

Add to the above posts, the left hand trinket from Ultra Pride/fortune tellers/random drops makes any new chest into a red chest. Combined with Guppy's Tail and you'll be seeing plenty of red chests, which greatly increases your chance of becoming Guppy.

That's absolutely true, I didn't thin about that but D6 is maybe one of the best way to become Guppy, if you somehow manage to get devil rooms.

Going into curse rooms is also a good bet because you have a chance you can get the guppy items out of that / devil room tp

Devil rooms, devil rooms, devil rooms.

The problem with Judas is that he has low HP to begin with. From a health standpoint, Magdalene is best if you want to get devil room items early on, but the other stats are bad enough to make me pick another character.

Dead Cat, Guppy's Paw, Guppy's Tail and Guppy's Head. Get 3 of Guppy's items and you'll transform into Guppy. Other tips are from other players that have already commented. When you hit enemies, attack flies appear to help you out. (Blue flies)
