Who is your favorite character to do a run with?

I love Cain, because I love starting with the passive item Lucky Foot. Just makes the game more fun as you get more items and drops. I also love starting with a key.

I used Cain too much and now I've gone soft. Still haven't managed to kill Satan with Eve, Samson, or Judas.

EDIT: Scratch that, just made it through with Judas! Although, ??? needs to be added to that list. Forgot about him.

Same, that is why I use him on most runs unless I am trying to unlock a item.

I've got to say Cain because of luck foot. I'm surprised they would give a character that just to start.

Cain before unlocking the D6, Isaac after unlocking the D6. The D6 will spoil you.
