Anti-Idle?

So, I left my game open over night because I really want to get the trading cards, and I know Steam doesn't give trading cards until 2 hours into the game. So when I woke up, my library said Binding of Isaac - 10 hours. But when I closed the game, it dropped to 54 minutes :=(

So I am assuming now that the game has anti-idle because of the whole refund system (which really made too many changes for everyone else)

Or it might just be a bug. Flash isn't really a reliable engine.
