Are Sacrifice rooms ever worth it?

Just wasted 3 out of 5 hearts to get three bombs. Is there more than this to it?

Sometimes if you have red hearts on floor and you feel that you need more gold/bombs/keys you can use these rooms. But in total they're not so useful.

If there is Book of Shadows, Gamekid, My Little Unicorn, or The Chariot Card that you really don't want to hang on to on the floor, go for it. It's basically free Golden Chest when you got invincible and step on the spikes.

sacrifice rooms are very worth it they have a chance to give u deal with the devil items and show the secret room

Not true. The only reward for Sacrifice Rooms are Chests.

However, if you have Left hand Trinket, some Devil Room items, such as Guppy's Paw, will become available. Additionally, opening Red Chests can also lead to Angel or Devil Room.

And the only available way to "Show the Secret room" is via the Tarot Card "The Moon" "The world"w, The Map, Spelunker Hat and X-Ray Vision dropping from the chest, which isn't entirely possible without exhausting the item pool of the Secret Room.

TL:DR, Possible to get such effects INDIRECTLY, but the Sacrifice Room does not grant these effects directly.
