How to unlock platinum god？

I finally get mamas boy, only three items missing, guppy's hairball, epic fetus and spirit of the
night. Where can I get guppy's hairball, treasure room I guess, and epic fetus in the secret room. Besides I only unlock 98/113 hidden secrets, is it prevent me from getting platinum god?

Maybe, because 98 is everything for platinum god already. I can see some of eternal achievements, so you can only know that by looking to lists of items and secrets by yourself. But I suppose you already know that.

Thanks a lot, I just wondering how to get guppy's hairball after I collected the cat suit once, is it an item to be found in a treasure room or I need to become a cat twice?

It can be found in treasure rooms, devil rooms or devil beggar can give it to you. You can check such things in isaac`s wiki (this version of the game`s name is "flash" out there, btw).

Hey buddy I just unlocked the platinum god, still one item missing but I got ghost boy so I just need one less item, now I have all other achievements but 99/113 secrets, and eternal god is still unlocked, I don't if I have to delete the save and restart another run with all personalities in hard mode😥

That`s pretty strange. I can`t understand how could you take platinum god without all items. I know about some problems with platinum god if there are some irregularities in secrets unlocks. But not with eternal one. Did I understand right? You have all achievements for eternal playthroughs, but it`s missing in the list of secrets in the game? Check eternal secret`s list in the game and if it`s just like I have described before - try to complete one of eternal run one more time without deleting your saves for now.

You can get the golden god if one item`s missing (if there is "lump of coal" or something from wotl dlc), but not platinum one (even with ghost baby), as I know.

I suppose it's because I haven't unlock the secrets Samson and ??? completing chest, but I indeed got their eternal achievements, I figured it out when I beat eternal Satan this morning, and I unlock the secret eternal Satan which I didn't get when I first time beat him(only unlock the achievement), and my secrets up to 105/113, maybe I'll get this achievement after I unlock all these secrets. Anyway, thanks for your reply😘

I just got Platinum God and I still haven't picked up Dead Dove. So it is possible.
