Your Best Moments in The Binding of Isaac

Hello players! I am curious of what your most successful run (or best moments) was in the Binding of Isaac. We all had those amazingly lucky times where you just sweep through stages and destroy bosses like they're nothing, and some people want to share those times.

My best run was when I was Isaac, and I had these items:
-Technology 2
-Dr. Fetus
-White Pony
-Mr. Mega
-Bunch of Health upgrades
-More stuff that I can't remember

??? was pretty easy in the end, and I decided to complete every room in the Chest successfully.

I can't remember exacty what I had collected through the run, but the first time I fought against Satan. I wasn't a great player at the time (not that I'm that much better now) but for me, reaching him was an achievement itself. I died when I went to cathedral though. I was still happy I had managed to reach Satan at least.

Ofcourse I always appreciate a good run where I get some good item combos, but what I really like about this game are the unpredictable moments. Like for example, once I was at half a heart. I took a pill (normally I never take pills as isaac) and it gave me full health. I think I beat moms afterwards (not sure though). So yeah, just really like it how you can have a succesful run even without having OP items. Like today I had dr. fetus, but still failed. So yeah that's what I find amazing about this game :)

My best run ever was i dont renember if is was with cain or isaac but i have the knife and polyphemus and i was freaking OP with a punch of powering items

I once had chocolate milk and the knife, similar to your run, but I died at Isaac :(.

I remember killing Satan for the first time.
I was Eve.
With the ipecac.
(and other stuffs i dont remember, the ipecac is the only thing that sticks out about that run.)

No items. Killed Mom as Isaac. LITERALLY no items. not even the D20 since I have not unlocked it.

got so many gud pills

had 6 health, plus a ton of soul hearts from a crystal ball machine, and an insane tear rate

also, thanks super lust for being so easy, gave me 2 pills extra

got to the uetero and fought death, then mums heart for the first time

and that was my first heart kill

Ya wankahs would never get anywhere without yer silly brimstone. Try without it. Or better yet, without any item. go as isaac and kill satan. if you do that, you're a god.

NOW I just had my best run ever.
I was Judas with...
-Book of Belial (No durr.)
-Mom's Knife
-Fate
-Mitre (I think)
-Relic
-Huge stock of spirit hearts
-All stats maxed except for tears up and HP, but I had like 999 spirit hearts anyway.
-A lot of Sun tarot cards
-More stuff

Killed Isaac and ??? within 15 seconds.
Officially my luckiest run yet.

Best item combo ever besides the same things but the Nail instead of Yum heart.

I was getting started and got the Speed Ball and The Pact which let me rapid fire tears with good damage output, but then I died.

I literally had the best run I've ever had. I had:

+Epic Fetus
-Meat
+Mitre
+Scapular
+Bible
a lot of health up items
tons of soul hearts

Everything died very quickly and I was dissapointed on how the game ended so quickly upon the collection of Epic Fetus (which was hiding in a secret room), even though I blew myself up multiple times. Also, finding secret rooms and super secret rooms were a piece of freaking cake with Epic Fetus. (But the cake is all gone.)
