Pyro?

Ok, so I've almost completed this game for full (that means all characters on hard mode, all achievements, etc.), except finding some items. Those are: Common Cold, Mom's Contacts and Pyro.
Nevermind the first two, those are the question of time. I am specificaly disturbed by Pyro. Cuz the experience from finding Epic Fetus has shown me that this is some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. And when I read that it even has 50% chance to not even show up in your run, I almost had a heart attack.
Do you maybe know some tips/tricks or whatever to find this item easier? Cuz I'm soon gonna have PTSD from the time I was trying to find Death Certificate in remake.
