Can't get Switch Pro Controller to work with JoyToKey

Hello everyone, I would like to play The Binding of Isaac with my Switch Pro Controller. When I try to configure the controller with JoyToKey, it does not work with the right analog stick. It just moves the mouse instead but there is not input in the configuration. Does anyone know to solve this or another way to get the Switch Pro Controller to work?

Wish I could help. I tried with the pro controller but had no luck getting it to work.

I figured out how to use the Switch controller with this game, you have to open the Steam settings, go down to controller and modify the Desktop configuration to this games keyboard settings. Should work for any other controller that doesn't work with this game or any other game that doesn't recognize controller configs too.

Note, don't forget to change the config back when you're done to the default.

For some reason changing controller settings for the individual game doesn't work for this one, it doesn't recognized the input, but if you modify the Desktop settings, Windows recognizes it and passes it to the game as long as it's the active window. I believe this is because this Isaac is a flash based game and doesn't play well with the individual game controller configs.
