Really? I already won this game 10 times w/o a cheat engine. It´s easy but you need to be persistant.

All what I can find are nothing but rebirth, after birth, and antibirth mods when I search "Binding of Isaac cheat engine" or "Binding of Isaac mods". It's nothing but rebirth stuff.

Cheat Engine is just a universal cheating tool, if you are not able to use it properly manually instead of pre-made tables or whatever it uses(i prefer ArtMoney) - you don't deserve to cheat

That said, the game is made in Flash, and from my experience it's kinda tricky to cheat Flash games, but maybe i didn't try hard enough. Probably that's also the reason why there's no tables for it - have to search manually each time.

It's a single-player game, no one cares what you wanna do with it
But even cheating using memory-editing tools requires some practice and skill

You don't seem very bright and civilised, i wasn't triggered and i'm not against cheating in a single-player games, OP just need to git gud at using Cheat Engine.

Not this is just a name of it. IN FACT! Spidermod was so good that Isaacs developers made reference to it by adding "spidermod" as an item in The binding of Isaac Rebirth
