FAQ
Q: I have purchased a DLC but it looks like it is not applied. How should I activate my DLCs for this game?
A: You have to install your DLC. Simply right click 'PropandSeek' in your Steam library, then go to 'Properties'. You will see the 'DLC' section and make sure your DLC is ticked in the 'installed' section. You have to make it as 'installed'(Ticked) in order to receive additional DLC features. Then please rejoin the game.

Q: Can I refund anything that I have purchased?
A: Yes, you can. You can refund any DLC based on Steam's policy. As for In-app-purchase virtual currencies, you can refund them within 7 days if not used.

Q: I just have purchased an item with my virtual currency. But it looks like it is not applied. What happened?
A: Please rejoin the lobby. It happens as we are not using our own custom database but using Steam's back end. The changes are made on the server, but not on the client. In this case you have to rejoin the server(lobby).

Q: I am stuck at "temporary error". What's going on?
A: This happens when a server is down atm, or when the servers are refreshing. Please try to join the game after a few minutes. Lobby servers are required to be refreshed after a certain period of time, hence you may not be able to play the game temporarily (It will automatically be shut down and turned on). Another reason for it is due to the server maintenance. Please check out the server maintenance notice.


Q: While joining Lobby, I am stuck at "Verifying...". What happened?
A: Try log out and log in again. If not, this happens when your game is not updated. Your game must remain up-to-date in order to join the latest server.

Q: I can't join the lobby and it says, 'NETWORK_ERROR Unable to connect to endpoint'. What's going on?
A: There could be many factors which trigger this to happen, for example, your country might have banned playing games outside of your region and etc. In this case, please try to join all three regions and see which one works for you. If your country does not allow it, you can not play the game.

Q: I can't join the lobby and it says "Players can only join ACTIVE game sessions (Status=TERMINATED)".
A:: It means that the servers are currently not available, undergoing a new patch. Please wait for a while until it is done.

Q: I can not press any button and it seems like it doesn't work at all. What happened?
A: Your default screen resolution does not support the default screen resolution of the game. In this case, please go to Properties -> Set Launch Options -> and write, "-windowed" of your Steam program. This will launch the game as windowed mode and resolve the issue. (Or press alt+enter in game). For more information, join our discord server and see 'faq channel'. In this channel, you can also see the screenshot of this case and follow the instruction step by step.

Q: Whenever I play the game, it sometimes bring me back to the default screen. What's going on?
A: This means that you do not have sufficient vram or ram. As for vram, at least 6gb is recommended and 16gb for your normal ram.

Q: How do I play with friends?
A: There is a "Game Browser" option, and when you click it, you can create your own session. You can set password, rounds, max players, name, maps and so on.

Q: How can I join Quick or Competitive Match?
A: Those are not available yet. This is mainly because there are not many players to run a queue.

Q: Why does it say "Verification has failed" in the beginning?
A: You must have your Steam program running when you are launching the game. Another reason would be when you are trying to launch the game with another Steam ID which is not the one that downloaded the game.

Q: It looks like when I move around, I sometimes teleport back to where I was. Why is this happening?
A: Please double check your Internet connection. This is known to occur when the Internet connection is not stable.

Q: I got a Steam key from a third party site. Does this unlock any early access purchase achievements?
A: No, it does not help. Do not purchase any Steam key from the third party sites.

Q: Why can't I create a new game in Game Browser? I just created a new game but after a while I failed to join.
A: There's a server limit and if you can't create a new game, it means it has reached the max number but it barely happens. The second case is that the servers are preparing to create new servers, hence wait for few minutes.

Q: Why does the server kick me out?
A: Updated servers are replacing the previous servers, and they have to kick you out to apply the new patches.
