Star Realms is a bit overbearing in double-checking with the player if you want to continue with a certain move; the discontinued Shards: the Deckbuilder would have "End Turn" require a click-and-hold if it was technically possible for you to make another move; Ascension pulls up an "are you sure" dialog box if you attempt to end turn with technically-possible moves left to make.
It's not just Library that's the issue--on slower or less-responsive devices, you might be trying to tap "Decline" repeatedly to get it to respond, which could lead to accidental turn-ending.
Moreover, if you play a game with Platinums+Colonies, the Colony is placed right next to the Curse, which will defeat a fat-fingered player (like ending a turn prematurely, willfully buying a Curse is another thing that should require--optionally, of course--confirmation from the player).
however, functions like topdecking are, by default, skipped over for "bad cards" (Victory Cards) unless you right-click on a topdeck-enabling card and manually edit its internal options,
so the devs are aware of instances where players may want to make certain decisions faster or slower, controls-wise.
