Yep, looks like we have a bug where a bad entry can get into one of our save files. This will be fixed in the next patch.
In the meantime you can edit the file directly to fix the issue.
Specifically the profile file is at:
C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Roaming\TempleGates\Dominion\profiles.xml
(Replace <your user> with your windows username, and note AppData can be a hidden folder.)
And it can have a bad entry in the account email field:
<accountEmail>...</accountEmail>
You can delete this line from the profiles.xml file and you should be good to go.
