Make sure the right number of controllers you set xbox360ce to use are plugged in.

Disable vibration for each controller you are using. In x360ce.ini change line UseForceFeedback=1 to UseForceFeedback=0

It also might help you remove extra controllers.

Hopefully one of those works out for you. If not let me know, and I can try to look a little harder for you, or you can search yourself.
Also if you don't mind paying, xpadder might work, but I've never used it.
At this point I just decided to stick to the keyboard/mouse way of playing. Some game mechanics seem to work better with this playstyle. Either way, thanks again!
